Welcome to the Venice, FL Sharks Tooth Festival! Join us on April 22nd and 23rd for an exciting weekend filled with live music, delicious food, and fun activities for the whole family.

Don’t miss the lively line-up of bands performing on the main stage throughout the weekend. Dance the day away to a mix of local and regional bands playing everything from beachy rock to jazz.
Kids & Vendors Zone
Experience the beautiful Venice Downtown area while browsing the many vendors selling shark teeth and other beach-themed merchandise. Bring the kids and let them play in the interactive shark-themed kids’ area, featuring face painting, shark tooth hunting, and more.

OCEARCH Sharks in the Ocean
About the Book:
Dive into the ocean ecosystem and learn about the importance of sharks! Experience first hand what OCEARCH is doing to solve the white shark puzzle, and what you can do to protect our oceans for generations to come.

About the Author:
Local author, Katharine Baumgartner of Port Charlotte, had a vision to create a company that educates people on the importance of the ocean while giving back to marine research and education. In 2018, she made her vision a reality by creating a business, Ocean Family Games. Her educational and eco-friendly products now sell throughout the US and she is proud to give 10% of sales to OCEARCH, a shark research and educational organization that has partnered with Ocean Family Games. Currently, Katharine teaches 6th grade math at the SKY Academy Venice campus.
Meet Katharine and get your signed copy of OCEARCH Sharks in the Ocean! This author signing event will be at the Ocean Family Games booth on Saturday, April 22 from 1-3 PM and Sunday, April 23 from 11 AM – 1 PM.
